Hi Everyone,
On Sunday July 1st I travelled to a German interclub meet where I competed in the W400m, winning my race in a new PB of 52.82. My previous PB was set last year in Ninove, Belgium where I ran 53.32 before heading off to the World Championships.
I ran a very controlled race and was extremely pleased with my results! It is the first time I have ever run under 53sec and it is a relief to have a PB that reflects where I am in training.
I am now filled with great confidence as I head into my next 400H race on Friday July 6th in Bottrop, Germany.
Race footage from Dormagen is available here and also on my ’2012 Races’ page.
Enjoy!
Lauren
